ARE SIBERIANS REALLY HYPOALLERGENIC?

No cats are 100% allergen-free.  That said, Siberians come close, without being a short- or no-haired species.  Siberians have very low levels of allergens and can make excellent pets for those who are allergic to other breeds of cats.  If you are allergic to cats, we will send you a fur sample from our breeders to test your allergies.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Each kitten is  $2500.  Adult cats for sale will have their price listed with them.  All cats and kittens come with a one year health guarantee against genetic defects, the first set of immunizations (or appropriate sets for adult cats), and will have been de-wormed. Additionally you will receive a health record, a printed report from the vet, a take-home bag which includes a sample of the food that they are being fed.



HOW MAY I PAY?

Deposits may be made by cashier's check or cash app.  At the time of pick-up the balance must be paid in cash, unless an alternate payment has been arranged by us.  The deposit amount is $250 per kitten, which goes toward the total price.  Please note: The deposit is non-refundable.



AT WHAT AGE CAN I TAKE MY KITTEN HOME?

Kittens are kept with their mother until they are 10 weeks of age.  The reason behind this is that it is the optimum age for the kitten's physical, emotional and mental health.  Kittens that leave their mother too early may develop behavioral problems that stay with them the rest of their lives.  We want your kitten to be in the best of health, and so do you.

    

Extended care after the take home date is accommodated at $100 per week for care of the kitten. If kitten stays for over 2 weeks a 2nd vaccine will be required at $25 per kitten.



WILL MY KITTEN BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED?

Your kitten will NOT be spayed or neutered when you take him or her home.  Siberians grow very slowly and are considered kittens until 5 years of age.  Therefore, spaying/neutering your kitten at 7 to 9 months is the prime recommendation.  Spaying/neutering your kitten earlier than 7 to 9 months sets them up for painful and costly future health problems.

Once the kitten has been spayed/neutered, we will send you his or her official papers. 



WHAT DOES THE ONE YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE ENTAIL?

The one year health guarantee ensures that you do not invest in a kitten with hidden health problems.  If the kitten is checked out by a certified vet and shows evidence of a genetic defect within one year, you will be given the option to return the kitten in exchange for a kitten in an upcoming litter or the full amount paid back.  Full details will be included in the contract when buying the kitten.  For further information, contact us.

WHAT IF I FIND OUT I'M ALLERGIC?​

We offer a free allergy test kit prior to purchase.  Additionally, we will give you ten days with your new kitten to determine if you are allergic.  If in that time you find out you are allergic, you can return your kitten for a refund, minus the deposit. Please note: Ten days is the maximum time allowed for the return of the kitten along with a refund.

WHAT HAS MY KITTEN'S HOME LIFE BEEN LIKE?
All kittens are kept with their mother in a safe, clean and warm room.  We interact with them all daily, petting them and playing with them and getting them used to human contact.  They have plenty of room to run and play, and have toys to stimulate their minds.  They are all fed a high quality kitten food that you will receive a sample of when you take your kitten home.
